Based on the Allergic reaction of milk, many researchers have conducted a million research over milk and its utility and they managed to come out with some harmful aspects of the usage of animal milk. As my work as far as a concern I would like to present some facts from different researches conducted. In order to bring a scientific understanding of edumopa blog visitors. The following are some facts about milk.
We all know what milk is. It’s a white liquid, sometimes with a
blue-greenish tint, that comes from the mammary gland of mammals to give nutrients to their babies. Right?
We’re conditioned to automatically think of milk as a drink that comes from a plastic jug, carton, or if you’re from Canada (no judgment), a bag. But how much do you actually know about the product?
1. Each species milk is only suitable for species of that nature, Every mammal is designed and intended for the development of its young ones. Except for human no other mammal drinks the milk of any other animal.
A Point To Note Here is:
The best milk for human beings is the milk of her mother because of the composition of milk of every species is different and is suited to body requirement of its own species only.
2. The greatest requirement of milk is only during infancy:
During this stage, the infant is not able to take any food apart from milk, this means that milk is not for life long use. Remember that there is no other animal apart from man takes milk life long.
A Point To Note Here is:
The usage of milk should be reduced in adulthood. infant needs more milk because milk contains a high amount of calcium for the growth of teeth when teeth are evolved independent mastication of food should be instilled just to reduce the consumption of milk. On the other hand, the infant needs more milk from the mother's breast as is needed for proper growth.
3. Milk is a great hangover cure
All of the B vitamins, especially riboflavin or vitamin B2, help to combat alcohol. Luckily, milk and dairy products make the greatest contribution to riboflavin intake in Western diets. Alcohol is a diuretic, meaning you lose a lot of vitamins and nutrients from consuming it, which ultimately causes a hangover. Riboflavin is needed for the body to metabolize alcohol, and milk also contains binding proteins which may improve the absorption of riboflavin by protecting and transferring them to receptor proteins in the intestine.Have you reached for a glass yet?

4. Adding milk to coffee helps to prevent bone loss
Caffeine inhibits the body from absorbing calcium which is one of the primary minerals that helps to maintain bone health. Caffeine does this by causing the body to excrete a large amount of calcium, especially after drinking coffee (which contains a high amount of caffeine). To limit the amount of this essential mineral from being lost after the consumption of coffee, it has been shown that adding milk, the number one source of calcium, to your cup of coffee will increase calcium absorption. Conclusion
The purpose of writing this post is not to force people to start taking milk or to stop them from taking milk but to stimulate their mind so that they can think critically and come out with the best protocol on how to make wise use of milk for proper and evergreen their life span. this post was not aimed to force people to accept all that I have been said.Personally, I request you to reduce animal's milk intake as you grow towards adulthood but not make it zero as milk has important nutrients and elements for proper growth and maintenance of your body.
